A few spots of rain expected across northwestern parts of Ireland, drizzly over the west Scottish mountains. With time, spots of rain will turn into more persistent rain across northern parts of Scotland, with patches spreading further across Scotland and into Ireland as evening turns to night. Cloud becomes fairly extensive across northern areas too, fair weather cloud building in southern England. Highs at 15C to 20C across Scotland, mildest east; 18 to 24C across northern England and Ireland, approaching 30C in southern England and east Wales.
