Early in the day, most showers will be in western areas, then showers developing more widely into central areas into the middle of the day, extending further eastwards by afternoon - some thundery downpours possible in northeast Scotland and eastern England. The showers easing from the west into the evening with some sunny spells breaking through. Highs at 12C northwest Scotland to 18C southeast England.
